  • Shipping and Delivery

    We deliver to all Canadian provinces and territories! Delivery time will vary between approx. 2 and 12 business days. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday from Gatineau, QC, Canada, and estimated delivery times do not include weekends, statutory holidays, customs/postal delays, or our order processing time.

  • Exchanges and Refunds

    You would like to exchange the item that you purchased or you would like to get a refund? Not a problem! You have 30 days following the date of your purchase to initiate the process. Shipping costs for exchanges and returns are at the customer's expense, and used goods that are not defective may not be refunded or exchanged.

  • Defective Products

    Having an issue with a product pruchased through us? We got you. The Québec Consumer Protection Act stipulates that goods must withstand normal use for a reasonable length of time. We will therefore exchange or refund you when the good is defective.
